Refund policy

All Roc Jewels are non-returnable and non-refundable. An exchange may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to a damaged product within 2 business days of delivery. Any request for an exchange must be written by email within 2 business days of delivery including your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Please email contact@rocjewels.co

Note: If a product is damaged by a customer not caring for/ overusing the product, Roc Jewels is NOT responsible for an exchange. Please refer to the 'Jewelry Care' page to learn more about your pieces.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products as they are final sale (such as special orders or personalized items). There are NO cancellations, NO changes, NO exchanges, and NO refunds once a custom order is purchased. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International custom duties/ fees:
Roc Jewels are NOT responsible for any international customs duties/fees. You will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or tax costs, should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. Roc Jewels will try our best to deliver within the stated time, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of your destination country.

Please do NOT refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
